Riding'times Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Riding'times. We are committed to delivering your new e-bike quickly and safely. Please review our Canadian shipping practices and policies below.

1. Free Shipping Guidelines

We offer free shipping on all e-bike and e-scooter orders delivered within the 10 Canadian provinces.

  • Excluded Territories: We do not currently ship to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or select remote island locations.
  • Restricted Addresses: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses. A physical street address is required.
  • Carriers: Our primary logistics partners in Canada include FedEx, UPS, and Canpar.

2. Processing and Delivery Time

In-Stock E-Bikes & E-Scooters: Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on location.

Pre-Orders & Backorders: For pre-orders or backordered items, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page. Orders are fulfilled in chronological order.

Risk or Address Verification: If your order requires security or address verification, processing will pause until confirmation is completed. Orders will be dispatched on the second business day after confirmation.

Accessories & Parts: Accessories and replacement parts require batch confirmation before shipment. Processing may take up to 7 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Note: All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations and weather conditions.

3. Signature Requirement

Due to the high value of our e-bikes, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package.

If you authorize the carrier to leave the package without a signature (e.g., via carrier apps), Riding'times is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages left unattended.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment via our website or the carrier’s official website in real time.

5. Address Changes and Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: Address changes or cancellations are free of charge before the tracking number is generated.

After Shipment: Once a tracking number has been created, the order is considered shipped. Address changes may not be possible or may incur carrier rerouting fees. If you cancel after shipment, a $250 CAD shipping fee will apply under our Return Policy.

6. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

We carefully package all products to withstand shipping. However, damage may occasionally occur.

  • Inspection: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the box is damaged, take photos before opening it.
  • Reporting: Shipping damage or missing parts must be reported to support@ridert.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but not received, please check surroundings and neighbors first. If still missing, contact us within 3 days for carrier investigation.
