Choose a model that lets the rider reach the controls, maintain balance and manage the bike’s weight confidently.

Check the exact product page for recommended rider height, seat height, bike dimensions, vehicle weight and maximum load. The maximum load should include the rider plus clothing, bags, accessories and any carried items.

Some fat tire models may provide additional stability on loose or uneven surfaces, but tires alone do not make every winter condition safe.

Cold temperatures can reduce usable battery performance and real-world range. Follow the product manual for battery storage and charging, inspect traction and braking conditions, and confirm that the road, park or trail permits the selected vehicle and winter setup.

It depends on the vehicle classification, province and rider age.

A qualifying electric bicycle may not require a driver’s licence in some provinces, while a higher-performance vehicle classified as a moped, motorcycle or another vehicle type may be subject to different licensing, registration or insurance requirements.

Check the current rules for your province and municipality before riding.

Rated or continuous power describes the output a motor is designed to sustain. Peak power is a higher short-term output available under certain conditions.

Do not compare one model’s rated power with another model’s peak power as if they were the same measurement. Rated power may also be relevant when checking provincial electric-bike requirements.

Range varies by model and riding conditions, so there is no single range figure that accurately represents the entire collection.

Actual range depends on battery capacity, riding mode, speed, terrain, hills, temperature, rider weight, tire pressure and battery condition. Check the exact product page to see whether a range claim refers to throttle use, pedal assist or another test condition.

A dual-battery electric bike provides more total battery capacity and can reduce charging stops during longer rides.

The Z8 Pro adds a second removable battery to the compact Z8 platform. The GT73 and GT73 Pro use dual-battery configurations for longer off-road riding sessions. Additional battery capacity does not guarantee a fixed range because riding conditions still affect energy use.

The GT54 and GT54 Pro are compact mini electric dirt bikes intended for eligible teen and adult riders, but product fit does not automatically establish legal riding permission.

Before purchasing, verify the exact model’s recommended rider height, the rider’s ability and experience, provincial age requirements, protective equipment and the rules of the intended riding area.

Compare mini electric bikes for teens and adults.

Do not assume an electric dirt bike is permitted on public roads, bike lanes or multi-use paths.

High-performance models may fall outside provincial electric-bicycle definitions. Possible riding locations include private property with permission and off-road trails, parks or facilities that explicitly permit the applicable vehicle type.

The presence of pedals or a speed-limit setting does not by itself establish road or trail eligibility.

The Z8 is positioned as the more affordable everyday model in the Z8 platform. It uses one removable battery, while the Z8 Pro adds a second removable battery for riders who want more total capacity.

Prices and promotions can change, so use the current CAD prices displayed on the product cards rather than relying on an older price quoted in an FAQ.

Each platform is designed around a different riding need:

• Moped-style electric bike: Combines motorcycle-inspired styling with functional pedals and everyday comfort.
• Cargo electric bike: Prioritizes practical carrying capability and everyday utility.
• Mini electric motorbike: Uses a compact platform that may feel easier to manage for an appropriately fitted rider.
• Off-road electric dirt bike: Prioritizes suspension, traction, battery capacity and performance for private property or approved off-road areas.

These are product categories rather than legal vehicle classifications.

The Z8, Z8 Pro and GT33 are the primary everyday-riding options.

Choose the Z8 for an affordable, compact moped-style eBike with one removable battery. Choose the Z8 Pro when you want the same compact platform with two removable batteries for additional capacity. Choose the GT33 when cargo utility and a café-racer-inspired design are priorities.

A fat tire e-bike emphasizes stability and mixed-surface versatility, while an electric dirt bike is designed primarily for off-road performance. Legal classification depends on specifications and local rules, not the marketing name alone.

Start with the platform you can comfortably control and the terrain you plan to ride. Compact models may feel more manageable, but every high-performance model requires practice, protective equipment and compliance with local age and riding-location rules.
